The need for training for turning unskilled hands into trained ones needs no emphasis. Greenland Overseas in its efforts to recruit manpower for employment abroad felt the necessity as it faced the challenge of finding required number of trained and skilled manpower to fulfill the demand of its overseas clients. As a result Greenland Management decided to establish a training centre to fill the gap in respect of trained manpower.

Asia Technical Training Center(ATTC)  was established in June 2004 in Amulia, a natural and pristine environment in the suburb of Dhaka, Bangladesh with the sole objective of turning vast pool of human resources of the country into skilled workforce and thereby creating employment opportunity for them in the domestic and internationaljob market. To this end ATTC has beenoperating in close concert with Greenland Overseas.

Ever since its inception ATTC  has been consistently striving to live up to its stated goals and achieve highest standard in the field of skill development training. The institution can boast its sprawling 2 acres of campus with the most modern training facilities and a highly trained faculty. The institution is fully equipped to conduct skill development training in 42 technical trades in civil, electrical, mechanical, security, driving, denting and painting, computer, food and beverage,basic language, welding, cleaning and housekeeping etc.

Asia Technical Training Center(ATTC) is dedicated to the task of value addition to the huge human resource potential of the country. ATTC is always mindful of the client’s needs and has a flexible training methodology and system to tailor the training curriculum as per the requirements of the employers at home and abroad.

Since 2004 ATTC has trained over 7500 of unskilled or semi-skilled people who have been employed at home and abroad. ATTC has been also providing training management service to Government organization such as Bangladesh Ansar and VDP. This Institution has created a niche for itself in the field of skill development training and received national and international recognitions such as ISO 9001:2008 certificate in 2010 as a recognition of its highest standard in providing technical training. It has also become corporate member of The British Institute of Cleaning Science.
